Some videos already offer 'walk-through' examples. As overview a Powerpoint screenplay can be downloaded as PDF.
Actual MZ3-Tool3 Version release v2.1.2.91 (April 12, 2013)
This packages contains everything needed for tests and small projects: MZ3-Tool3, MegaZine3 Software, Documentation, sample configurations.
The documentation (Beginners , Advanced and Change-History) is separately available as 'doc212.zip' file.
Additionally you can download a complete demo of the 'old' MegaZine3 demo book (mz3demo.zip).
This demo demonstrates some features, and the megazine.mz3 file can be analyzed to get an idea of how a book can be created without the support of MZ3-TOOL3. This approach can be helpful in case you cannot use MZ3-TOOL3 (e.g. as MAC user without access to a Windows system).

Selecting another language via the javascript API now also updates the language flag shown in the navigation bar.
Titlws in different languages with different number of pages now always will show all pages; with empty pages at the end for those languages with less pages.

Hints for MAC Users
MegaZine3 runs on all systems supporting FLASH (a HTML5 version will be available soon).
MZ3-TOOL3 actually needs a Windows system (a MZ3-TOOL3 version supporting other systems and with a graphical user interface is planned).
To create a book without MZ3-TOOL3, the configuration file (megazine.mz3) can be created/modified with simply a text editor. As starting point the megazine.mz3 file of the MegaZine3 demo book can be used.

The old Open Source version of MegaZine3 (latest version: 1.38), is licensed under GPL and still available.
But please keep in mind that there will be no bug fixes, enhancements or answers on questions any longer.
You might get answers in the forum, but the probability is low.
