This plugin is based on the plugin originally contributed by Domenico in this forum thread. When using SWFs in your book you generated using the pdf2swf utility, this plugin will catch link events from those SWFs, and handle them accordingly (i.e. either go to the page in the book if it was an internal link, or navigate to the page if it was an external link).
The pdf2megazine batch script has been adjusted accordingly, to include the -s internallinkfunction=true parameter. When converting manually, make sure to include this parameter. The actual value (i.e. what comes right to the equals sign) does not really matter, it just has to be present, so that the event dispatching is set up accordingly.
