To be used on the Translations page for adding translations.
Usage:

| lang = Language
| file = File name
| image = Image name
}}
- lang is the name of the language (e.g. German or Chinese)
- file the file containing the localization (e.g. DE.localization.7z or ZH.localization.7z)
- image (optional) file name of a flag image to use (e.g. Flag.de.gif or Flag.zh.gif)
