i need a comercial license to do this?

hi, i am working doing a virtual magazine with megazine 2.0.8 and i have plans to publish it on a webpage, but my question is, i need a commercial license to publish it?

i do not understand the diference between the "free" version and the license for commercial use.

i dont have plans to sell my virtual magazine, the plan is it gonna be free to view online.

per example,  if i have a web page put in it the links to the magazines that i will publish montly and everyone can view it totally free, with no pay or anything like that.

thank you for asking, and sorry for not being totally clear in explaining the difference.

The general guidline is: if MeagZine3 is used to achieve business goals and/or to satisfy any commercial interests, a license is needed.

If you are running a company then it will be a fair assumption that everything you are doing at the end is for commercial interests. Otherwise you're in the charity business; or do it as a hobby ;-) That's why the general assumption is, that an organization/company will need a license.
Even if MegaZine3 is for internal use only (like for reports, newsletters, manuals, ...).

If you act as a private person and publish magazines without adverstisements or any other books that are just for personal interest (like photo books, family letters, documentations, newsletters about special themes without links to commercial/professional sites or offernings  - then MegaZine3 is totally free.

Just that fact that there are no charges for what is published doesn't mean MeagZine3 can be used for free. Also your provider or seller of your computers will nto accept that argument and ask for their services...

mmmm... ok this time i will try to be more specific.
i am doing a magazine with only images(and text,but in the image,like a fashion magazine, and i take the photos with my camera), and it no contain any link to other sites only images.
you know the file megazine.mz3 is xml and it contain the code, here an example of my work:

every page is an image

as you see no contain any link and it are not complete yet,i am testing how to do it, and if i need a license i will not continue because i not have the ammount of money.

the magazine is only for show to my friends,and like i mention in the original post, it gonna be free to view online, with no pay anything

The key clarification is: only for show to my friends

If that's the case, MegaZine3 is free for use; since it is for personal interests only.

If on the other hand you were a professional photographer, showing your photos to attract customers, then you needed a license.
Also if there is no link. Then the book would either be part of a website, where somewhere an offer or address or whatever "link" could be found.
Or a phone number or email address or other contact data would be presented.

I understand that is not the case with your book and use case.
So it is the perfect example for free use.

i am not professional photographer, i am 16 years old.
i am entering in the world of the design, programming, and the photography.

and i am working on the magazine (the size of the images, edit the mz3 file)
and in the desing of my web page, so it not are online right now.
