[Update] Reuploaded Version 1.30

Nobody is perfect, and neither am I. Forgot to include the classes handling
the animated GIF stuff with the release, so compiling from those sources
was impossible. Sorry about that!

Reuploaded version 1.30 which now contains the necessary files.
