Putting book on CD

I would likr to put my book on a cd. Can it be done? I would appreciate any tips. Another question is why is there no .fla file generated. If there were would that be the answer?

Best way would probably be to publish it as an .exe / .app
Open the megazine.fla from the sources (get them from the svn repository), change the publishing settings and publish. Replace the megazine.swf with your .exe/.app, done.
