Getting the magazine to fill the screen
« on: May 10, 2009, 11:03:28 am »
I would like to get my megazine to fill the screen better. I've changed the pagewidth/pageheight in megazine.xml as well as the minscale/maxscale in index.html. But when I make the browser really big or go to fullscreen, the is too much empty space around the pages. How can I change this? The Quickstart guide says:

"Update:  This section is deprecated now, as the size is dynamically defined in the CSS, so you most likely don't have to change the sizes in the HTML any more. If you do, make sure to give a fixed size in the CSS class #megazine, otherwise the settings in the script section won't have any effect."

Where/how do I change this? It would be really useful to get a bigger size. Especially since I'm using a pdf made for print for the magazine and text is really small!

If maxScale is high enough it should work just fine when maximizing the browser window. As for fullscreen, more problematic. See here.
For the Snark was a Boojum, you see.
