Zoom with fullscreen
« on: May 14, 2009, 03:31:22 pm »
Hi,

There's a suggestion and a little little bug.

1) In fullscreen mode(and even in normal mode) we can zoom the image only using the mouse scroll ball, and it's not very intuitive for the user. So, you could put a little scroll bar in page navigator, it could be used to change the zoom level.
There's an example of this behavior in pagesuite.com solutions, here's the link:
http://www.clicrbs.com.br/zerohora/jsp/default.jspx?uf=1&action=flip
Note that when you zoom, a little scroll just appear without the navigation.

By the way, the zoom mode of this flip is really good  :P You can see the "chapters" shown vertically in the side of the pages, it's really nice.

2) Maybe it's a bug.. the message "Press ESC to quit fullscreen" that appears when you zoom fullscreen mode, cannot be changed? It's not in lang configuration?

thanks!

Hi,

1) I was thinking of adding something like that, too. Will add it with a future release.

2) Can't do anything about that. The message comes from Flash itself, and will always be displayed when entering fullscreen (you'll notice the same message on other pages, e.g. youtube).
For the Snark was a Boojum, you see.
