Book position and size with v2.0.10

I'm using Megazine mz3v2.0.10.

How do I find the x,y of the book as you see it on screen?

I understand that with the latest release of Megazine I would use IMegazine.pageContainerInner.  How about with the version I'm using?

If you don't mind the 'hackyness', you could try something like this: get the pluginLayer of the left page side, use localToGlobal to convert the point at 0,0.
