Google indexing

Google doesn't seem to be indexing megazines on our site. They've been online for about 6 months but they don't show up on search results (ie: when I google "search text site:wycliffe.ca". My megazines are built of individual swf files. The post at http://www.megazine3.de/forum/index.php/topic,1735.msg6695.html#msg6695 suggests Google will do it automatically but it doesn't seem to be happening. I don't see how it could work because the index.html does not have links to page1.swf, page2.swf, page3.swf... etc.

Does anyone have any tips on SEO for megazines?
