Change language - English to French

I would like to change the language of the top bar (Mute, activate fullscreen). What is the procedure to follow ?

I have change the language of the __config_en_2.1.0.5 file : SET lang_list=fr and SET language=fr

I have added the lang.fr.xml  on the magazine directory but nothing change...

Ok,

It's solved.

If you want to change language from english to french , use path : megazine/langs/fr..
