« on: May 19, 2009, 04:51:15 am »
version: mz3v136 runing on local filesystem

When  maxloaded < total pages ,my computer is getting more solwly.
if maxloaded >= total pages , it runs will.

for example, If I have 50 pages to set 20 maxloaded, the computer would become more solwly.

I've noticed it too. I've tested a book with 300 pages and it's very very very slow on 1.36 version.
Then I turned back to 1.35 version and it worked fined

There's an example of a book with 330 pages.

As you can see, it's very slow. I've tested with maxLoaded 4, 22, 400, 0.. and it doesn't working.
I've tried to remove the "wmode:Transparent" in html page but It didn't worked too.

Then I reduced the number of pages to 20 and It became faster. I increased the number to 60 and it becomes slower..

Now I've tested with 160 pages with all megazine versions since 133 and it didn't work. Very very slow.

I found a topic here where you say to trying to change the width/height of html file and define a fixed width. I was using "100%".. I modified to "1000px".. and nothing! :)

I'm almost giving up... is there any example/test using more than 100 pages?

Strange?
I was using:
bgcolor="#02507D"

I removed it and it became faster :) thanks anyway! hehhe I hope it helps someone...

Very strange, but it's easy to reproduce. Create a megazine with 300 pages and set the bgcolor... it became in turtle mode ;) Remove the bgcolor and the megazine becomes fast and furious mode :)

Does this also apply to books with no actual page content? I tried to reproduce this, but failed. Can someone post a demo (ideally a zip with all the files) showing this behaviour? Thanks.
