First of all thx for the great job you made, Megazine 3 is great!

If I create a catalog with a lot of information in it, it would be great if my visitors can make a search on the catalog and see the pages where  searching word is included

Do you have a suggestion how I can make this or can you included this in the next version of Megazine.

This is currently not supported, and not really planned for the near future, sorry. I do have it on my todo list, but it's pretty low priority.

What you could do is either build a container swf implementing such functionality and then have that take care of the navigation to the proper page, or implement the search in another server side script (e.g. in PHP or ASP) and then navigate to the proper page via SWFAddress.
