Stop initial page curl?

My client wants the book cover to stay closed when the page loads for the first time.  Is there a way to stop the initial page curl?

  Found it!  Let this be a lesson to all . . . carefully read the support documentation.  I found it in the XML documentation and you have to add a parameter to the book node - cornerhint="false" - to disable the page curl.
