[Release] MegaZine3 Version 2.0.1

Version 2.0.1 has been released

The DTD files (doctype definition, necessary for validating) have been updated for version 2 now. The file is now
named megazine2.dtd, so adjust your mz3 files accordingly if you wish to validate them (see the default
megazine.mz3 in the release).
There is also a DTD for ASUL files named asul.dtd. This one has not been fully tested yet, however, so
feel free to report possible issues.

Documentation in the wiki will be adjusted to reflect changes in this version as soon as possible.
