Forum Restructuring

As there has been some confusion lately, whether a topic was related to
the 1.38 or 2.0 version, I have decided to split the forum up into multiple
categories. This might need some more polishing, but for now it'll do.

Regarding the old topics, I'll see if there's a way to move them over to the
1.x category, as this might be a bit confusing now, finding them in the
2.x general discussion... please bear with me.

Edit: moved most old topics from the general discussion to the 1.38 board.
I might have missed some / moved some incorrectly. If so, please let me know.

Also, on the different availability of subsections:
2.x:

• no "bug reports" section -> please use the bug tracker!
• no "translations" section -> see the wiki. Ports of the old translations for v2 will be added shortly.
• no "tutorials" section -> also, see the wiki for v2 related tutorials.

1.x:

• no "suggestions" section -> new functionality will not be added, only bugs fixed (once I find the time).
• bugs section might be shut down, soonish, too. Please use the bug tracker section for v1.x
