Most of the links are still based on the "old" version and not providing "real zoom" capabilities.

That's a good summary, I've linked it to a new wiki article "Features and Examples" - this will be a good place to list every single available or known use case of MegaZine3 along with links to examples for each feature and tutorials of how to do it.

I want to change the navigation or layout so I search the forum or wiki - seeing the feature listed I have direct access to further reading on the elements required, tutorials of how to do it, examples of what others have done, and discussion threads.
