[Release] MegaZine3 Version 2.0.5

Version 2.0.5 is now available.

See the version history in the wiki for more information.

This version fixes some bugs and - finally - introduces the print plugin! Sorry for the wait.

Developers: please read the note in the version history regarding plugin constructors.

As usual, update of the wiki will follow as soon as I find the time.
