video buttons (play, stop....)

hi,
i added a video to my megazine 3 (v 1.38) book.
its a flv file that starts automatically when i open the book.

i dont know yet how to add the video buttons like "Play" and "Stop" to the player?
Can somebody help me?

2nd question: Is it possible that i embed a "start frame" for the video clip?
I mean a picture that appears when i open the page and only if i press the play button
video and audio of the clip starts. Is that possible?

This had beed discussed in this forum already, but out of my head I do not remember if it was v2.0 and/or v1.3x related.
Please use the search feature in this forum and checl also the help file of version 1.3x!

Not sure if it works with 1.38, but you could try this (works in v2.0):
