That's the place where all localized files can be found for version 2.0

The entry already is prepared. You just have to click on the "French" flag and then follow the upload instructions.
The zipped file (with 7-Zip) name should follow the convention (FR.localization.7z) and include all fiels with the tanslations for the different plug-ins.
YOu could just check the other languages if you need an example.
