Printing and Thumbnailpage

Hi again,
I was wondering if you had any idea to when the printing function might be online and also if you had any plans to add a thumbnailpage to display the whole megazine, maybe as a page that opens on top of the book.

Print plugin is on it's way. Just some final touches.

As for the thumbnail overview: the printing implements that, to allow a visual selection of the pages to be printed, although that does not allow jumping to pages. I'll write an extra plugin for that. Should be pretty much copy-paste, though...
