Language installation

Florian Nücke:
To "install" an additional language, download the lang.XX.xml file
(where XX is the id of the language, e.g. de) and place
into the same folder the megazine.swf file resides in.

Then add the language id to the lang attribute of the book, e.g.

--- Code: ---<book lang="de">
--- End code ---

Place the country flag image representing the language into the same
folder. You can replace the image, of course, just make sure it has the
correct sizes (14x12 pixels).
