multiple books with one megazine installation

hi there,

is there a posibility to implement several "books" with just one installation of megazine on the server? i want to display 10-20 catalogues with a few pages each. the starting .html file could be named different. i couldn't find any wiki or forum entries to this issue.

Hey fabsn,

I'm pretty new to Megazine so I can't really walk you through it.  But yes, you can run multiple flip books from one installation, and there's an excellent walk-through which you can find by going back to the main forum page, and looking at the top links (highlighted pinkish-orange) under Version 2, General Discussion.  I think there's also a video tutorial on YouTube that covers this material.

I do it by making the megazine xml file a php file that generates different content based on the request sent to it, that way all the files can stay the same and upgrade etc without having multiple installations.

Just make sure the license covers multiple instances or books or at least you're within the license limits!
