Change logging level in console

It would be great if we could change the level of logging in the console. It just kinda taunts me by telling me what error level it's set at, but the help file doesn't offer any way of increasing this in a running instance of megazine.

I'll add a command to change it at runtime to the console, for now you'll have to set it
